Worst hotel..bad locality..rooms too small the entire hotel is very small..just one executive room..feels like a haunted place from inside..we rchd n the receptionist didnt even know abt our arrival..we gave 1000 bucks in advance directly to hotelier..he didnt evn bother to ask if we have reached the hotel..worst place whn it seemed unsafe n ugly we moved to another hotel Theres no ccd apprently there s a liquor shop in place of tht..no place for family

The hotel is at a central location for any business or leisure in the Tricity. Easy access to good restaurants around. Rooms are big,tidy and upkeep is quite good at a reasonable tariffs. The owner Mr.Manpal personally looks into ensuring that the guests have a pleasant stay.

We were 4 friends and we booked 2 executive rooms online. Rooms were tastefully designed and were very comfortable. My favorate thing was the collection of art in their rooms. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends visiting Chandigarh.

Thanks a lot to the White Palace Hotel for making my stay comfortable and sound sleep after hectic travel that I had. l! Friendly staff, excellent food, clean room!!!. Surely I will stay with you again!!! Centrally located everything is a stone throw away. Spic and Span room and bathroom.HK standards are on par with any star category hotel.
